NOVAtime Mobile Web Services: A Business & Productivity Tool for Android

NOVAtime Mobile Web Services (NMWS) is a free Android application that offers a variety of features to help employees and supervisors manage their time and schedules. With NMWS, users can punch in and out, transfer jobs, view timesheets and schedules, request time off, submit timesheets, and receive team punches and timesheet approvals (supervisors only).

It's important to note that before using NMWS, the app requires server-side configuration, which must be performed by NOVAtime or a NOVAtime authorized reseller. Additionally, the app requires data usage, which may be subject to additional charges depending on the mobile phone service provider and actual usage patterns.

The NOVAtime Native Mobile App also collects and transmits geo-location information for the sole purpose of recording the location of employee time punches. This information is saved within separate electronic timesheets for each employee and is provided to allow supervisors and managers to verify locations from which employees report time punches. However, GPS data capture requires employee authorization and location information will not be collected if GPS is not authorized.
